I need to replace the rear main oil seal in a 91' Bronco?

What is the process to replace the rear main oil seal any web-sites or procedures would help! also do i have to take the engine out? or just the transmission?I need to replace the rear main oil seal in a 91' Bronco?
THE REAR MAIN SEAL ON ALL OF THE THREE OPTIONAL ENGINES IS A ONE PIECE SEAL REQUIRING SEPARATION OF THE ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

DEPENDING ON WHAT EQUIPMENT YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE JOB CAN BE DONE EITHER BY REMOVING THE TRANSMISSION / TRANSFER CASE OR BY REMOVING THE ENGINE

I BELIEVE MOST MECHANICS WOULD OPT TO LIFT THE ENGINE PART WAY OUT WITH A CHERRY PICKER THAN TO MUSCLE THE TRANS SET UP OUT

AT LEAST THAT WAY YOU ARE NOT LYING ON THE GROUND TRYING TO LIFT THAT HEAVY MESS

YOU CAN GET A MANUAL AT ANY PARTS STORE FOR ABOUT $12 THAT WILL BE OF GREAT HELPI need to replace the rear main oil seal in a 91' Bronco?
Loosen the oil pan after draining said oil then take and loosen the rear of the crank slid a piece of wire thru notch where old seal is shoveing the old seal out make a very small loop around the end of new seal and pull it thru notch retighten crank to proper tougue then replace oil pan and fill with oil
Go to autozone.com they have a do it yourself section will tell u all u need to know !
You can remove transmission and change seal without removing the engine. But you will need to raise the engine up to remove the oil pan. It will probably be better to remove the engine and do it with the engine out because you are going to have to replace the oil pan gasket too. Either way it won't be easy.
you can do it either way, but trans removal is easier
