You could actually use both products on your new floor, however, if you are just looking to seal and protect wood of the flooring, then I would suggest using Traffic. It is a new generation of waterborne polyurethanes suggested for commercial use with high traffic areas. Since the wood itself will be protected by the polyurethane, you can use a wet or dry mop to clean it, but with Tung Oil alone, you will have to use a oil mop on it frequently to retain it's luster.
