The bearing and connecting rod kit is for rebuilding your crankshaft, instead of buying a new one.
The seal kit has all the seals used on the engine (shift shaft, counter shaft, kick start), so you don't have to buy them individually when rebuilding the engine.
As for the other stuff, using an engine harder, will always ware it out faster. You bike is so old, it's a collectors item. Be gentle to it.
