Emulsion is the best and looks the best..
Oil base sealer sucks and looks bad..
My dad does sealeing and some of the parking lots he gets looks like **** cuz of Oil base from the FLY BY NIGHTS they use..
He use only Emulsion and it looks alot better..When seal coating a parking lot what sealer should be uesd emulsion or oil base sealer?
emulsion works great for me.
