I had oil in my spark plug cyclinders i changed the valve cover gasket and oil seals and it wont start?

two possible answers come to mind . 1st are blown compression rings as well as the oil rings second the rocker breathers are not set up right and the engine is sucking oil vapor into the intake excessively. you should have a pcv valve on one cover and a straight fitting the other. the straight fitting goes to the air cleaner base just after the air filter. this is the fresh port for the engine. the other side has the pcv and is run to either the back port on the carb at the base or to the intake manifold. if you should run a pcv and not have a fresh port the pcv would suck up oil a lot. Ive seen plugged up fresh ports in the air cleaner cause the same problem. did you change your spark plugs or try to clean them? oil often wont clean off the inside of a spark plug and your not going to run. www.mycarandineedhelp.com its free and its me if I can be of any more assistance.I had oil in my spark plug cyclinders i changed the valve cover gasket and oil seals and it wont start?
Are the spark plug wires on the correct plugs?

Take another look at what else you may have disconnected/unplugged while you were doing the job.

EDIT: Piston rings? PCV? From his description, I'm thinking he had oil down the spark plug tunnels in the valve cover, and changed the valve cover gasket and the o-ring seals on the tunnels.I had oil in my spark plug cyclinders i changed the valve cover gasket and oil seals and it wont start?
did you hook up all the wires to the spark plugs?
Could be an issue with the piston rings. Sometimes if the oil gets old it will blow-by, or, if the rings are old it will let the oil in past the rings. Check for scoring in the cylinder walls.
