I've been hearing recently from my friends and peers that seal oil is a healthy way to get healthier besides the regular diet and exercise, that it will help boost the body or so but before I try seal oil products I would like to know whether seal oil products are healthy? and what are the benefits and side effects from seal oil products?Is seal oil healthy and what are the benefits and side effects from it?
