Im workin on 1996 dodge ram 4x4 and im changin the front oil seals on the axle and i got it all tore apart and

I have done these before. ok you have to take the ring gear out so you can drive both side seals in from the out side. You will need a long punch or bar to get the passanger side seal out. to put them in the drivers side you can just tap in but the passanger side you need a specal tool to push the seal in. I dont know if you can rent one from a auto parts store. You have to use that tool there is no other way to do it, I have my own. seal replacment is a pain on those trucks.
