99 yz 125. I am going to replace the fork seals. How much fork oil do i put in to replace the old oil.?

i have a measuring cup that has the oil ratio to gas and on the other side there is other measurments like cc maybe mm and something else.99 yz 125. I am going to replace the fork seals. How much fork oil do i put in to replace the old oil.?
That model has inverted forks (upside down).

The fork oil is measured by height, not quantity.

A shop manual is necessary to learn the proper procedures and specifications for your particular model, to bleed the forks and adjust the oil level.

No mechanic can do the job without a manual.

A fork oil level tool is necessary.

as old as your bike is, it probably need more than just seals,,they will probably start leaking again soon so i recommend sending your forks off for a major internal cleaning/parts replacement.
