Thanks guy's %26amp; gal'sGearbox selector oil seal ?
you could do it yourself. locate the seal. drill a small hole in the seal and screw a self tapper into it. this will give you somit to pull it out with. if you can get a haynes manual from the library this will tell you how to line up the selector linkage.Gearbox selector oil seal ?
The gearbox selector seal can be seen on the top of the gear box. To replace the seal is a DIY job and if done slowly and carefully should take no more than and hour to do.

Follow the advice the previous contributor gave about using a drill and a self tapping screw to remove the old seal.

One word of caution, you need to make defiantly sure that the seal has gone. I am surprised that it has gone as the seal does not have a hard life and with it being on the top of the engine oil leaks are not common.

Ja.
