Fork seal and oil change?

Can anyone help me find a website (or give advice) on changing the fork seal and oil on my ER5 motorbike?Fork seal and oil change?
erm get a hayne manual.


PARTS


you will need:


fork oil


Fork seals, and possibly dust seals too.


Cir-clips to replace the ones on the top of your fork legs, if the caps arent the screw in type.





TOOLS


-Aba stand, Or if you dont have one and still have the centre stand, you can use some axle stands to support the front of the bike while the wheel etc is off.


-Hammer


-Allen Keys


-Screw drivers


-Spanners


-Socket set


-Bench with a vice would be helpful.


-A measuring jug


-some suitable container to put the old oil in


-WD40 to clean out residue of old oil n crap from the inner legs


-paper towls or rags


I could explain here how to, but it would be really long to read lol....Fork seal and oil change?
You could buy a Haynes manual, they're ace for things like that. You can get them off E-Bay!
If you've never done it before, you should take it to a dealer. A lot of forks require a special ';fork seal driver'; to get the seals on and off. Also the amount of oil and the weight of the oil are extremly crucial to the forks working properly. Its best to let the pros handle it, or watch somebody that has done it before, then you can try to do it next time.
Sorry don't know much about motorcycles but you could go to your closest motorcycle retailer. They should be able to tell you exactly what you'll need and what to do.
