You didnt mention what kind of car you have, so being very general, you need to know what size engine you have, as well as any options the car has, i.e. A/C, heavy duty cooling, etc. To replace it, you have to remove the crankshaft pulley. It's usually the largest pulley on the bottom of the engine. Get a seal puller because you definitely dont want to knick or dig into the metal around the seal, as you will cause a leak. You need also a seal installer in install it, because it has to go in perfectly straight or it will leak, and all the work was for nothing. Good luck.I have 1993 l i need a oil seal for the front crank shaft?
Hey, I just looked on ebay, and theres almost 3 pages of parts for Festiva's. There are a few complete engine gasket sets for the 1.3. Check it out. Report Abuse

You will need to get a measurment and order one to fit. Oil seals are made in so many sizes and its doubtful that you will be able to find the specs. Easier to measure than to search.
